OnWen Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when using OnWen.
Effective and update dates
These Terms took effect on June 17, 2025 and were last updated on July 15, 2026. Accessing or using OnWen means agreeing to the Terms; people who do not agree should not use the service.
Lawful and respectful use
OnWen may be used only for lawful purposes. Objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, abusive behavior, false events, attempts to disrupt the service, and other harmful or illegal activity are prohibited.
Accounts and user content
Users are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under their accounts. Users retain ownership of content they add while granting OnWen a limited license to store and display it within the service. Content or accounts that violate the Terms may be removed or suspended.
Privacy, intellectual property, and service terms
Use of OnWen is also governed by the Privacy Policy. OnWen’s name, logo, design, and original content are protected. The service is provided as-is, and the Terms describe warranty disclaimers and limits of liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes, governing law, and contact
Significant changes may be communicated by email or an in-app notice, and continued use means accepting revised Terms. The Terms identify Florida law as governing law. Questions can be sent to support@onwen.com.
