OnWen uses information to create and manage accounts, display events and images, provide reminders and notifications, remember preferences, improve performance, fix problems, and answer support requests. The policy states that personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Protection, providers, and retention
OnWen describes HTTPS encryption, secure database storage, and role-based access controls. Service providers may support authentication, databases, analytics, and account communication. Information is retained while an account is active, and account deletion permanently removes account data from OnWen’s servers.
